My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with busy mums to create a happy, healthy life on a plant based diet.
Going plant based is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has benefitted my life (and those around me) tremendously. By changing my diet & lifestyle I am now free from severe acne, weight gain, hormonal craziness & IBS to mention a few!
