Going plant based is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has benefitted my life (and those around me) tremendously. By changing my diet & lifestyle I am now free from severe acne, weight gain, hormonal craziness & IBS to mention a few! The most positive change for me is that I am cured of endometriosis (a condition that is ‘incurable’ by western medicine) and have been able to conceive naturally.
Since changing my diet I have also become more interested in living a natural and holistic way of life. Not only has this benefitted my physical body but also my mental state of mind.
Veganism, yoga, natural parenting and living more sustainably are now huge parts of my life that have simply evolved from taking one change at a time with my diet.
It is my hope that I can share some of my experience, knowledge and education to help busy mamas like you live a more happier, fulfilled life.
